Ya I have quite a few apple trees on over 2 acres. Aside from all the other things one can do with apples, I make apple cider vinegar. It's easy to make, one just chops up the apples,organic of course, then put them skin seed all in a crock or large jar, cover with unchlorinated clean water, weight the apples down below the water with a clean stone or whatever, cover with cheese cloth and wait 4-6 weeks to taste. The longer the stronger, drain off liquid, I strain it and wala vinegar. Or you could pay $6 a quart for the organic stuff I use a five gallon crock and make gallons that last for years caped.
