The last 6 months ( since I got an 8 qt IP) I've used my Instant Pot 45 minutes high Pressure Cook with about 35 minutes release to make clear delicious broths. It saves time, utility costs and the release gives that wonderful aroma! As well as no summertime heat in the kitchen. A gallon of goodness is then frozen in ice cube trays and 2 cup containers and freezer access to enhance many meals. Chicken, Beef, Parmesan rind, Pork and Vegetable broths.
