Winter temperatures will be above normal, with the coldest periods in much of December, early and late January, and early February. Precipitation and snowfall will be below normal. The snowiest periods will occur in late November, late January, and early February. During April and May, it will be cooler and drier than normal in the east, while the west will be warmer than normal with above-normal precipitation. Summer will be cooler and drier than usual. The hottest periods will be in late June and early July. September and October will be cooler and drier than normal.
