It’s been a pretty hot summer, and I have been on the hunt for healthy postdinner refreshments. This simple shake-for-one did the trick! It takes under 5 minutes to make, and I already had all of the ingredients on hand.
This is the perfect summer dessert: easy to make and very refreshing. Make the most of the peach season, and give this delicious shake a try!
Quick tip: Peel a peach by scoring the bottom, placing it in boiling water for 5 seconds, and then plunging it into ice-cold water for 3 to 5 seconds. The skin will peel away easily.
