Crockpot Bread & Raisin Pudding

This bread and raisin pudding is a perfect dessert or cozy brunch recipe. Give it a try. It’s so good!

Ingredients
4 eggs, well beaten
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
4 cups cinnamon swirl raisin bread, cut in small squares

Instructions

Combine eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a bowl and stir together well. Put bread chunks in a well-buttered crockpot. Pour the egg mixture over the bread chunks. Stir together. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 2-1/2 hours. Will be done when knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
