I recently started taking a couple weeks ago a variation of this coffee hack to help improve my joints after having had several knee injuries. I really think it does help in that regard because my joints already are feeling more lubricated, less stiff, and less inflamed, and it also seems to absolutely kill your appetite. I have to force myself to eat, so not bad for a diet, and I have always taken vitamins with electrolytes as well being I drink coffee which is a diuretic. So people have to still make sure they are getting other nutrients. I wanted to mention the only initial negative thing I experienced is my feet were getting puffy with water retention, so I did a little research and found that collagen peptides (which was the only substance new to me) can cause water retention relating to how fat is being processed, so I cut back a little on how much I was taking plus also avoided eating other fats in my diet to ensure I wasn't getting too much fat (the coconut oil is a fat too, of course, but a good one), and now I'm having no issues.
